What would the correct alloy wheels ofset be to change from 17 to 16 inch on my new to me 2ltr CR 140 SE, basicaly what do I need

 

My 16" alloys for winter tyres have a ET 50. They were former Octavia wheels.

16's on 205/55/16 from any other superb or Octavia will be fine

The original Superb 16" alloys are 7J, with ET45. I'm using 6.5J (with ET45) without issues. Wheels from an Octavia fit, but usually have ET50, which means that the wheels are positioned 5mm more inwards.
