I've always been able to open and close the car windows through my keyfob, and it's suddenly stopped working. All the windows work from the buttons on the drivers door (auto close/open works) but now it doesn't do it through the lock/unlock button.

 

Anyone else had this issue?

Sounds like you need to reset the one touch function, open each window fully using buttons on drivers door till a click is heard, then close each window fully till click is heard.

Also, try it with the key in lock. Lock and hold, unlock and hold, both until windows have fully shut/opened. Might need to do it open, then shut though.
