Even tried hitting it with a hammer today out of desperation to try to get it working, but failed

Looks like the compressor has had it, just going to replace it anyway and see what happens, its got to be this N280 valve, and I cant find one for a Valeo a/c compressor, so got  a Denso on order and a drier pack, and see what happens.

 

Hopefully it should work.

Hi Flapperjack7,

Just been out again and looks like I have only 9.82Volts @ pin18 on the controller, think that's the problem?, if what would cause it, however I do have a brand new controller, but I think that requires programing )how do I do that/) as the display is funny symbols and when reset it closes all the vents?

I did try another controller and that's the same???, now confused

Update

 

So after fitting a new condenser, can't get the drier pack for the Denso ones any more and that's from a dealer!!, and a new compressor, my air con finally works now.

 

So a BIG thanks to Flapper jack for his help, I thought it was the compressor that was u/s.
