6230i - Multi Sim

Featured Replies

I use 2 numbers regularly and really like the idea of using 2 sims in 1 phone.

I bought the http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5834896711&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT but after getting a 2nd replacEment one still have been unable to get it to work in a 6230 or 6230i.

Has anyone got any experience of dual sim readers or even this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6467350813&ssPageName=MERC_VIC_RSCC_Pr4_PcY_BID_Stores_IT?

I'm just fed up of carrying 2 handsets everywhere!

I also have more than one number which I like to use, and if this tool works (anyone used it?) then it'd sove a number of problems not only for me but at work... Looks promising, I might even buy one and bill it to work just incase ;)

Unless they have progressed in the last few years, I didn't rate them then, so would be unlikely to now. I found it switched SIM when it liked, even mid-convo. I would like a reliable method too, I have 3 contract numbers and a PAYG number that I'd like to carry about with me. I just carry the SIM's now and change them as and when I want.

I used to have one in my Ericsson and it worked ok. Just turn off and on again when I left work and it switched over onto my personal sim. Trouble was both sims were Vodafone so I had no way of telling which card I was on from the display.
