Does that even do anything, been thinking about getting a rarb but rsb?

It looks good lol, it does make it feel stiffer at the rear

I had one in the past and believe it or not it makes a huge difference. Back end it a lot tighter, after I fitted mine I had to set the suspension up again as it changed the feel that much.

How does it attach to the shell Trevor?

Half tempted now that my car is no longer a load lugger. You're not going Bedford are you Trevor? Might need to be something I consider over the winter period.

It's got a bolt through each end and it screws onto that as well as forcing outwards
