Even though the guy here isn't actually asking a question (no question marks as far as I can see), can anyone answer this question?  I didn't realise the PID was locked to one particular car!

 

"presume that this has been linked to a previous vehicle, if this is the case, almost impossible to link to a different vehicle. please confirm either way."

PID can be reset to as new, removing the car lock.

However it needs to be completed on a PC/MAC and not the PID itself.
