I don't know if this is the right forum for my question (my apologies if it isn't)

I recently bought a maintenance book for Skoda Octavia but it doesn't quite meet my needs (meaning that not everything I need - such as mounting/unmounting of interior parts - is in there).

Now, I've heard from a friend of mine that there is a software called "elsawin" or something which is used by the VW, Audi and Seat dealers themselves to get all technical details from a certain VW, Audi model or Seat model.

Now, my question: does this "elsawin" thing (or something else) exist for Skoda as well and where can I buy it?
