Hi everybody!  I'm new here hope u welcome me 

my uncle has a 2014 skoda rapid 1.6, week ago he tried to start the air conditioner but nthing comes out (no cool no heat) even the A/C button don't work after that he tried the highlights and there was no light.

we every fuse and they're all Ok ! so please any one could tell me how to fix it
