Block 003 and Block 011 Plots

Block 003 and Block 011 Plots

Took these plots as still having problems, down on power, lurching.

These were taken in 3rd gear with WOT

( B) *version is just a repeat of (a) but with range of vertical axes changed.

I would have thought that EGR (N18) duty cycle should have been much lower (95.5% would be valve fully open?)

I would also have thought that Boost Pressure (N75) duty cycle should have increased as speed increased.

Have I got the above correct?

Would also welcome any comments on these plots.

Thanks

*this is just supposed to be a letter b in brackets - it just keeps turning into this daft face.

Have now added Run 2 (4th Gear)

Should have said Octavia 2 1.9 PD BXE

Ok,think I had it wrong on EGR duty cycle. Big number = EGR valve closed, so 95.5% EGR duty cycle during WOT test is probably OK, I'm still thinking Boost duty cycle should have increased at higher revs though.

And Run 3

Back to 3rd gear like first set.

Similar but not identical to first set.

Just a thought, can anyone direct me towards data, or plots, for block 003 and block 011 WOT tests on a known to be good PD engine?

Thanks
