New VRS In............

Featured Replies

Auto Express this week. Looks stunning.

Thought it looked the dogs in black but sorry to say it looks SHoneT IMO in silver in these pictures.

Did you notice Traction control is extra!

The thought of a car with 200Bhp through the front wheels, without traction, beggars belief!

Notice Ford Focus ST1 the same. 17.5k no traction. ST2 18.5 K with traction.

I feel this borders on the criminal, as car could be deemed unsafe without Traction,....But more fun:eek:

All Octavias comes with ASR traction control as std. The better ESP system is extra though, which is probably what they are on about.

which is the same as the Focus ST1 comes with traction control but no ESP

Finally an official onsale date -- 23rd January 2006 -- Let's hope they manage to get cars and brochures to the dealerships in time!

What, no vrs logo on the gear lever, or is that another extra?

Yeah i noticed that as well just plain silver effect plastic.

One on wheel looks naff, should be a coloured logo.

Nice to see that they have lost the struts in the boot ! :)

Looks nice, nothing to flashy....... now where's the yellow one :D

Del Boy yellow looks awsome, if your brave enough.

that steering wheel is 'orrible.

still prefered the MK1 Octy RS tho

I quite like that wheel and might fit one in my Octy when im rich, its better than the four spoke one thats already in there.

Prob around

The only complain I had read by owners of the new RS i Sweden is the grip on the steering wheel. Perhaps Golf GTI steering wheel can fit.

First new RS delivered in Sweden about A month ago. Silver, black and red.
