Hello again from Manchester

Featured Replies

Good afternoon all.

I've just purchased a 2006 black fabia vrs after years of having different types of cars I'm back in a skoda.

My previous skoda was a mk1 octavia vrs running 240hp and I regret selling it.

My new car is completely stock with 66k on the clock and one previous owner and very happy with it so far.

The car is mint apart from slightly leaky rear doors which I intend to sort as soon as weather is better.

Can anyone recommend a good sealant to use? I have read plumbers gold is good but can't find it.

Also I'm looking to map the car too.

But need to research a tuner for a good safe map that won't blow the clutch.

Have looked at awesome Gti, and derv tech but completely unsure which to go for.

All comments appreciated cheers Martin

Cheers,

Hi Martin, welcome to the site!  You wouldn't be the first to regret selling their VRS :)

Welcome, another from Manchester :)

I'm in Stockport, but go to Salford Uni most days.
