They look like the standard leather seats in the pre-facelift SLXI trim level.

Ahhh, its not a vRS, my mistake just looked at pics of engine and thought it vRS haha

 

Are they better or worse than vRS seats or the same thing but easier to clean?

Looks tidy that, looks like vrs seats but with leather centres.

They look same as my Laurin klement seats

Yes I think the Slxi in the pre facelift is the equivalent to the l&k
