I'm looking to take my side plastic strips off my Skoda Fabia mk2 08 and just need to know if I take them off will it leave holes in side off my doors thanks!!

Welcome to the forum.

 

They should be glued on and removable. (tape actually.)

What you need to be sure of is no paint work has been done above or below the side strips in the past as a touch up, 

and be prepared for the paint under the side stripes to be slightly brighter than the rest of the car once cleaned and polished.

 

What colour is the car.

It's just double sided tape mate. 

 

Start at one end and gently pull them off. . 

 

Mine were a slightly different colour underneath but after having the car machine polished it all matched again .
