Hi does anyone know or has anyone put a set (front and rear) of mk1 octavia seats into a mk2??

I have inherited a mk2 ambiente with a beige cloth interior. Bit of a daft colour in my opinion. Having two young kids they keep getting stained and its gonna be cheaper to replace them than getting it valeted every few weeks. Seen a few sets on fleabay but the sellers are unsure if they will fit.

No they won't fit as the mountings are completely different.

I'm afraid I can't answer your question but there was a nice looking set of Mk 2 elegance seats for sale on here a few months back. Don't know if they sold or not but may be an option?
