YETI COMPUTER PROBLEM

Featured Replies

Can any kind person help me please.  I have a late 2011 Greenline Yeti SE.  The problem is with the computer, when you are travelling top left hand corner of the computer sometimes I am getting the direction of travel coming up, whether is be north east, south, west, whatever but it is not there all the time, it comes and goes.  I can start a journey and drive 10 miles without it showing then it would suddenly appear. When I stop my journey and stop my car then go to start it again it has disappeared. The drivers manual in my opinion is absolutely useless there is no mention of this facility in it at all. I am new to the Yeti so I could possibly be doing something wrong.  Is there anybody who would advise me?

Looking forward to hearing from someone.

I think it'll only display while the stereo is on, don't suppose you're turning it off at all?

 never have the stereo on

When you next drive, try having the stereo on but muted by turning the volume down and see if it displays the compass.

Is it a sat nav headunit?
