A case of mistaken identity

Featured Replies

question is how did they just get in the other yeti?

was it unlocked? or did the key or remote unlock it (if yes very poor security)

I'm guessing it was open, as the driver came out and just opened the door. :-0

I'm not saying anything.

Not long after I bought mine I was at a local craft fair, parked in a large field. I got back to the car and the remote would not work, nor would the key.... In my defence at that time there weren't very many Yetis in these parts and I'd only ever seen one other Regency Green (the dealer's new demonstrator). It wasn't the number plate that gave the game away but walking round the back and not recalling my 1.2 TSI coming with a 4x4 badge! (The remote worked just fine on the Yeti two rows across and about 10 cars down though).

So Mrs Hector - you are not alone!

I wish someone would get in my disastrous Yeti and drive it away!
