Just thought I'd share the good news that my Octavia passed the MOT this morning with flying colours, not one advisory... I'd taken if for a drive to warm the engine up then once nice and warm a little Italian tune up blew away all the smoke and crap from the exhaust system before taking her to the garage. Once the paper work was safely signed and handed over it was down to the post office to tax her so that's me all legal for anothe year.... Just the insurance next month to deal with.

It's always very satisfying when they get through with no advisories. Both mine at 54 and 08 plates have had no advisories for the last 3 years running, so very happy with the way things are.

must admit mine has flown thru to an 06 for the last several years.... hoping the electrical gremlins dont come back to thwart me tho.

Well I've had mines just coming up on a year and I've put 15,000 miles on her since buying her so I was please as pinch when she passed
