red stuffpads

Featured Replies

hello all,

going to be fitting some new discs and pads soon and i was looking for the best place to buy redstuff pads, from what i have read u are best just fitting standard discs is this correct?

so i am asking:-

1.  best combonation of discs and pads

2.  best place to buy also best price

3.  can i or should i fit same pads all round or standard in back.

Found the yellowstuff better than the reds, especially from cold, standards are fine on the back, standard pads more than up to the job unless your planning on doing trackdays.

I've ran mine with pagid disc for 3 years and found the pads causes fine ribbing on the discs, so if I was to run Ebc red stuff again I would probably go for slotted discs.

I like my 'Greenstuff' pads, but used grooved discs. They work well together, a good 'feel'.

I am light on my brakes though, anticipating traffic movement and lights.

Try demon tweeks on eBay, that where I got my red stuff pads from a few years ago.
