Bilt Hamber Surfex HD would do a good job of cleaning it out, plus it has many other uses so great to have anyway.

Then 303 Aerospace Protectant to dress it afterwards for some protection.

    I use Meguiars Super Degreaser, it works wonders then treat with Chemical Guys Silk Shine Dressing, thought 303 Aerospace Protection is really good as well
