feels like it wants to cut out

Featured Replies

Virtually every time I go over the brow of a large hill , for a split second it feels like it wants to cut out or its trying to stall.

I am sure i read there is a remady for this but cannot find it

those who have had it sorted what did they do???

A common issue across VAG, albeit with older CR engines, I'm surprised to see it is still an issue on a 2015 model.

My last three Skoda's have done this, two MkII Octavia's (PD170 vRS and PD140 Scout) and also my 2011 CR140 Superb.

It is only brief fuel starvation, here are just a few examples:

Happens with my CR140 too. Just a slight hesitation when I crest a small hill, usually on a slight LH bend. Not much of an issue fortunately.
