Total Brake overhaul

Hi Guys. My daughter's 2003 Octy 110BHP 1.9Tdi Elegance Combi has been sat idle for about 18 months outside. Body is straight and tidy so I thought about getting it back on the road, possibly to sell on. Looking at the brakes, they look totally shot. Calipers look heavily corroded as do the disks. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a parts bundle? Calipers, Disks and pads and what brand? I remember my old Octy (same as above) used to suffer with awful disk warping once the good lady wife drove it. Can't say it was her, could have been cheaper disks?

Don't want to spend a kings ransom (I recon it'll need  battery and tyres too) but it seems to good to bin off. Miles are around 140k I guess from memory.
