Did anyone succeed replacing the bearing of a Felicia 1.3 water pump without using special tools / devices? If yes, how?

No point really. It is all pressed together and brittle cast iron so very difficult to dismantle and rebuild it again. I have changed a few of the rubber mounting bushes with no problems tho

The reason I was asking is that Skoda service manual dedicates 5 pages and 14 (!) special devices for dismantling / assembling the water pump.

Never needed to even for warranty over here it was always replace the whole unit. I would imagine the correct tooling would be easy enough to make up to pull it apart
