Can anyone help please.

For some time my Fabia has been creaking and squeaking from the front suspension, especially at low speeds over bumps, or when coming to a stop.

Problem now is that it's sounding really loud.

The best way to describe it is that it's a bit like the sound of an Austin Metro's Hydro suspension when it needs pumping up/Or for those old enough to remember, like a Silver Cross Pram ( those with the elastic band type suspension)

What are the known problems so far with Furby suspension?

Apart from the fact someone butchered them and now it sits 30mm lower. I must find out who did that and give them a good talking to...

james, use the Search Forums (NOT Search) button at the top of this page and search for Fabia Suspension noises. You should get 3 hits which will take you to previous discussions on this topic. The problem is a known one.

I had some problems with the bushes for the anti roll bar apparently they have changed the design of the design of them now but your best bet is to take it to a dealer to find out what is wrong with it.

mine creaks to. but the dealer i bought it from couldn't hear it!!!!!!!!!
