I changed the drivers side window regulator about a month ago, when I put the window down this morning it made a horrible crunching sound as if the motor was still spinning inside the reg, when I put the window back up it done the same thing when the window was fully closed. it stops after a second or two.

 

Anyone else had the same problem?
