Help if possible..

MY petrol 02 octivias brakes are very weak my foots to the floor an barely stops it, I have to come down gears an intermittently pump brakes to stop car, the brake fluid is fine, my exhaust sounds like it may have a whole on it. Drums or discs on the back?

My guess would be a master cylinder fault. If discs on the rear could also be stuck callipers. Really I would suggest not driving it if it's that bad and get it recovered to a garage for investigation.
