Not sure if this is fake, but to be fair, it does seem fake on some of the mentioned points.

Well. Just bought two original (and used) Osram xenon bulbs. And voila! Everything works perfectly. Lesson learned!

Here is a picture of a fake one I bought off eBay (one on the left) compared to a genuine Osram one.
