harrykins is right - it is near the end of the handbook, Technical data section.

 

They give the operating weights in a number of tables. They give the weights for the different body type, engine size, gearbox etc configurations. They give a range for these combinations as the weight will vary depending on what options a car has.

 

According to the superb facelift manual the supplied operating weights assume 75 kg for a driver (no passengers) and the fuel tank being 90% full.

 

If your car was a facelift (and the weight difference may not be that much ) then the kerb weights would be:

 

Hatch 140ps with 6 speed manual =  1532 - 1690kg

Hatch 140ps with 6 speed DSG  = 1554 - 1712kg

Hatch 140ps with 6 speed manual and 4x4 = 1609 - 1767kg

 

Someone with a pre-facelift Superb II manual may be able to weigh in with exactly what is said for your car but you need to tell us the gearbox type and if you have a 4x4 or not.
