Hello, everyone.

I acquired a year-old 2015 Roomster in January this year.   Not entirely delighted with it, but now I have no choice but make it work for me.  Its a 1.2 TSI 63Kw.

 

Like:

 

The engine!  Fantastic!

 

Ease of parking.

 

 

Detest:  

 

Gear change  very iffy and too easy to select reverse instead of first.

Windows control swithces, very tricky

Wipers control Stalk, uncontrollable

3 Flash Indicator, happens of its own accord....

Panoramic Sun roof like living in a Glass House; what is the condensation like in winter?

A pillars create a huge blind spot.

 

So its easy to see why it didn't sell and if I had had a test drive I probably wouldn't have bought it.

 As it happened I bought of the page and traveled a long distance to collect it, on the ground that it was a nearly new half price bargain with only 6K on the clock and two years guarantee

So there we are, we live and learn and I have to learn to live with it as I am nearly 70 and can't afford to trade in for something else....so it should hopefully out-live me if I look after it.
