I replace a new EGR valve 100k ago because of cooler leak, now drop me the code unsaffisied flow.

Anyone knows if this EGR is cleanable as a front located from 2.0 or VRS??????

well it is simple enough to strip and therefore (I guess ) clean  from memory it could be either the flap valve (pneumatic) or the poppet type valve which is controlled be a motor --might be useful to check operation of both before all that work 

You are talking about normal EGR which is usualy on the front of engine?

1.6 TDI egr valve is much different

Your EGR valve is electronic, very little point in cleaning, it will need diagnosis but suspect a new unit is required.

the one I strip't was from a 1.6  they may have been changed since   interestingly the pneumatic and it's flap were shot but the electronic part was fine if somewhat dirty
