Those little black plastic foglight grills

You know those two little black plastic grills that are on the bottom of the bumper (to me, it is where I would expect the foglights to be!) - there is one on either side, and I think they hide the towing eyes.

Well one of mine (nearside) fell out somewhere, and I need another one! I've seen a link on here before to a company that breaks Octavias, so I was hoping maybe someone could post the link, or that there my even be someone who has a spare one,
