I popped through an order for a few bits last night

I'm signed up, never got an email, unless it went to junk folder, will check

I got mine on the 25th Aug, advertising their 'summer sale'. 

Great 20% less to lose when they get your order wrong and ignore all emails

Interesting. Never had an issue with them. I know others have had some problems though!

 

Well they've dispatched my order, so I'll wait until it arrives

It arrives ok the issues start if it's wrong or damaged.

My advice is always use PayPal as you get a response when you start a dispute.

I've dealt with them many times before, probably about a dozen times.
