Error code assistance- P1098 & P3193

I'll start by saying I know very little about VCDS, so please forgive my ignorance!
My car, after having it's inlet manifold and inlet valves cleaned is presenting me with two error codes (used my Carista app)
P3193 and P1098, I believe my first port of call would be to set the module to its Basic Settings? My local indie garage has advised me he has done this, but the codes keep re appearing.
His device is a Snap-on reader/ modifyer however and I don't believe this will necessarily do the same things as VCDS. I would like to know your thoughts folks, do you think this would be sufficient?
Also, does anyone know of anywhere/ anyone in South Wales that could carry out this task?

Hi all, I'm trying to get at the lower radiator hose in my 2016 Octavia. I've looked on google and found that I should remove the seven t25 screws. 5 on the bumper splash shield and one on each side connected to the fender. The shield seems loose, but it won't come off and I don't want to try and pry it too much as I'm concerned that I'll crack it. Can someone tell me what additional screws, or maybe clips, need to be removed to get this off? many thanks for all info

hello everyone, I'm starting this topic as I couldn't find any info on it. All the subframes on ebay are for mk3 does anyone know if the mk2 and mk3 use the same rear subframe thank you
