Or factor that into the cost of actually running a vehicles after the changes, after all it will be the same for everyone, 

and those with the higher VED's might be for sale cheaper.

Especially VW Group Diesels that are not exactly the greatest of sellers anymore, or ever likely to be again.

So, if I'll want to switch to Amarok or Touareg - 3.0tdi or more - and if I'll go crazy and want new one - I'll need to do this before 1st April 2017 - otherwise no problem ?
