Hello I'm a Newbie

Featured Replies

Hi, just stopping by to introduce myself. I have a 7 year old Yeti (the car, not the Himalayan beast) with 80,0000 miles on the clock, a 44 year old husband with very high mileage ;-), an 8 year old son and an 8 week old daughter. Looking forward to meeting other skoda owners.

Oh and I've joined this forum because my Yeti has developed a few expensive (£1100) snags and I'll be heading over to the appropriate tal board to see if anyone can advise me.

Hello from another Yeti owner , sorry to hear about your £1100 snags  :'(

Hi there Clive - yep it's gutting! I love this car but I really wasn't expecting this. I bought it in August last year from a skoda dealership with a service plan and skoda 1 year warranty. The warranty ran out 12 days ago ????

I've posted in the New and Used Buying, Dealers and Servicing forum about the problems, hoping there will be some wise words of advice :-)

Welcome, if you want a good meet then look out for the West Meon Hut meet.  It's the first Tuesday of the month meeting at 7.  Good bunch of people there.

If warranty is only 12days out id chance the dealer for a bit of customer good will... dont ask dont get an all dat!
