Hi.

So I was changing my stereo and as I push the wires I to the recess by side of glove box a small wire with some kind of adapter clip dropped from behind the glove box can anyone identify it please??

Might be glove box light multiplug? Or off one of the heater box motors?

looks like the wire for the glovebox light to me as well...

Just been out and looked at glove box and can't locate a light in there so do they include thst wire regardless of model variants and presumably that wire is just redundant

Should have one on the right hand side as you open it and come on when the headlights are on. It looks like this.
