The key fob battery warning has come on my Octavia III. Is this a Skoda job or can I do this and replace the battery?

Easy job and you can also install a CR2032 which will last longer. Fitting is a bit tricky as it's thicker than the standard CR2025 and jumps out easily from the holder.

Quite well covered by the car's handbook too - funny how few people look there and go to the internet instead. CR2025 is perfectly fine, just buy a quality one
