Hi, I've bought a 1.9 TDI classic to replace my Ambiente.

Whilst I know I can retrofit cruise control quite readily I've been told I can't retrofit a trip computer.

I do remember a thread on the VW forum where 8techie gave instructions to retrofit this on a 1990s A3 tdi, and there was a thread on briskoda regarding a Fab SDI classic which was never updated with the result.

I am currently stripping my Ambiente so if necessary can strip all the relevant parts from this.

Any help or comments very welcome.
