Pilot sport 3's?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Has anyone tried pilot sport 3's especially with a hybrid turbo fabia vrs?

Due to be replacing the Nangkang ns2r's and would like something that works even when there's a slight bit of moisture on the road.

Cheers

Stephen

Is that the Michelin? If so I had two fitted to the front a year ago, and liked them enough to have some fitted to the rear when they needed replacing a few months later.

They've been very good indeed.

Yes it's the Michelin tyre. That's good to hear, especially as I can get them of less than £60 through work.

Thanks.

PS3's were my tyre of choice on the Superb - two sets over 36k miles.

Superb's a bit different to a Fabia, but the PS3's get the thumbs up from me

I was initially happy with PS3s on my Superb but noticed a distinct change in compound below 4mm. It's much harder and doesn't have the same wet weather performance. The Goodyear F1A2 didn't exhibit this and as such became my choice instead. Only tyre I've repeat purchased.

Not tried the 3s, but the 2s were amazing on D90s back in the day. Good in the wet and wore for ages as well.
