Just been coding my LED Fog Lights, and saw I had this fault code (before coding the fogs)

Any ideas what the cause of this is?

 

 

Have you added footwell lighting at some point?

Yes I have. Thought I'd done all the coding mentioned on the footwell lighting thread.

You probably did too much coding

My car came from the factory with footwell lights and neither of the above coding options are enabled. If I enable both I get an error code logged for LED light bar, which I believe is the ambient light option. Footwell lights work fine without changes to Byte 5 or Byte 17.

 

I would suggest unchecking byte 5, bit 7 and byte 17, bit 3. That should hopefully leave you with footwell lighting and no error message

Missed that. I was following the beginning of the original thread.

 

Will give that a go and report back.
