Hello guys and gals i wish i could of joined briskoda on a better note but the truth is i need help from a car i bought yesterday from a garage that basically are con-artists. But i will post in the proper forum for that.

For now let me introduce my self im matt, i was born and bread in newcastle i know have two disabled children which i adore and my loving partner who i love dearly. I became a skoda owner basically by accident. Got basically coned into the purchase the car drove home and when i checked the oil and coolant both are a nice milkshake and now the garage is totally fobbing me off saying it starts and drives its not our problem.

But like i said the full story will be posted.

On a lighter note hello and hopefully i will be a soon to be happy owner.

Hi Matt. welcome to the forum.  Sorry to hear that, doesn't sound like a good experience.  I hope you manage to get things sorted satisfactorily.

To be honist ive been conned the police cant help as its a cival matter, trading standards said it needs to be delt with citizens advice, citizens advice said they cant help as i never got a recipt which i never got a chance to get they gave me the key to the car then led me to the door and locked the door behind me. I paid cash as the garage said it cant be card as it costs them more then its worth to sell the car and would make a loss. Ive since found out they keep going bankrupt under different first names and changing the business name, then to top it all off my friend who works in the car trade said watch go carter the movie. Ive even been told by the police not to get on there bad side as the people who have did not have a good experience if you know what im saying. I just never thought that a garage would do this to me and my family i have a disabled daughter with a very rare condition called turners syndrome and the car was mainly to transport her to and from hospital for emergancys which i told the garage. Im so gutted it was the last of my savings and im now to the point im not leaving my house as im so depressed.
