Flexi pipe died.... Advice.....

Featured Replies

Well while having the wishbones and top mounts changed the the vrs we noticed the flexi pipe on the downpipe/cat has split. Explained the drop in consumption.

Littke advice. Been looking for a replacement cat online and im struggling to find one for it, spoken to local powerspeed and the price to fix the flexi is coming in at 140+

Anyone know where to get a new cat at a reasonable price?

Fitting isnt an issue as my mate has a garage who lets me use the ramp for cheep.

Reasonably priced aftermarket catalytic converters tend to be crap, which is why an OEM CAT is normally so expensive. Powerspeed/Fast Road Conversions are an excellent outfit. Or you could aways decat it and find a friendly tester at MOT time?
