I am getting Superb mk1 alloy wheels at very cheap price , I want to know will it fit on my Pre-fl Octavia

The mkI superb is 5x112 so that will be OK. What size and offset (ET) are the superb wheels? Do they have tyres fitted, if so what size?

They aren't the right size tyres for a mkII octavia. They should be 205/55/16.

Ya I know , Been using it past 2 years, In India Roads are not good as it should be . 205/60/16 raise it a little bit which helps a lot

Raise the car by just over 20mm and also change the overall gearing by 3-1/4%. So your speedo will read about 2mph under 'true' speed, but as 'true' speed is almost certainly reading fast you may well end up closer to the real true speed.

I run higher profile tyres too and I live in the UK, bad roads aren't exclusive to India
