Looks like the name that would be more appropriate is the Toulate.  (A town in Morocco if you look in an atlas.)

Too late for VW in North America if people see VW Dealerships & think No way Jose unless they are going there to have the vehicle getting Recall work

or getting the Buy Back concluded.

Quite ugly. But worse than that, being bigger than a Tiguan and almost as huge as a Touareg (at least from the pics) I can't see much success. With the exception of the Tiguan which is reasonably sized and quite handsome, any bigger SUV from VW doesn't make sense. Cars in the luxury mid/big size SUV class are more of a status symbol than anything else and you would probably go BMW, Merc, Audi, Land Rover or even Volvo if you were after such a car.

Looks like a Tiguan got humped by a Disco 4.

I take as well as the AT-Last the Tiguan XL (Kodiaq like) is still being launched next year.

 

VW must really be sorted now with these electric motors and power packs.

I can't remember tbh. Lots of airbases around me so may have been LHD from the forces and assigned UK plates.
