Just a heads up for anyone who may need to know. Just taken out my gap insurance policy (3 year policy) with gapinsurance.co.uk and I have to say that the service and advice I received from Tom over the phone was superb. David also had a hand in making sure my quoted purchase price of the car was correct (I was mildly confused). But all sorted easily. He answered all my questions and guided me perfectly to the policy I needed. The other bonus was an extra 10% off the quoted price for being a member of Briskoda. I went for the full replacement gap insurance, not the back to invoice policy and it's very good value for money and is very comprehensive in what it offers compared to some other policies. I'm sure the other guys on here who offer similar products are good too, but I'm just saying what I've found with this firm that I've now bought from. I'm very pleased!

First post on here so please forgive me for jumping in.....Just taken out a 5 year Invoice GAP policy after picking up our 14 plate Superb Tour de France today (first Skoda owned and first GAP policy purchased!)  The car is a major purchase for my family and having read all the comments on here about the service from gapinsurance.co.uk I felt it was the right choice.  Hope we never need it, but we now have the comfort of full cover in the event of any disasters.  I was a little confused myself about the quoted invoice figure but think I worked it out in the end...  I very much liked the idea or the policy being transferable, and also extendable, hence for a relatively small amount more it seemed better to go with 5 years.
