Turbo seals leaking.

Eventually, it's not urgent if you keep an eye on the oil level.

I've noticed it has got worse, been like it for about 5k miles, if left what damage could be done? I'm checking my oil level regularly and it hasn't dropped much from when I first noticed the issue
