Need some help please.

Today I tried to fit a rns315 to my 06 mk2 vrs, so firstly the aerial connector on the rns is a twin and the car has single antenna connector is there an adaptor available? Next the car has one connector which went into the original head unit whereas the rns has space for an additional connector is this required. Anyway I connected and powered up the unit came on but no sound from speakers also tried a cd this was playing but again no sound does the unit need coding to the car? Any help would be much appreciated or where to locate a fittings guide.

You'll need a fakra adapter for the aerial, ebay's full of them. DON'T chip the plastic off around the sockets on the headunit to make a cable fit.

You don't mention whether you have a GPS aerial?
