Hi all, I have a new 2016 VRS TDI and I can see two faint marks on the dashboard where I assume the passenger airbag is. I can only see them in certain light but they irritate me. Before I go back to my dealer do others have the same and is it normal?

Same on any car - the dash needs to be structurally weaker in order for the bag to be able to physically burst through and inflate.

You'll be able to see feint marks on the steering wheel too if you look hard enough - nothing to worry about.

Yes, as above, totally normal. You can see the feint marks on any dash.

In case you DO have a genuine dash quality issue, you could always visit a Skoda dealership and compare your dash with a model similar to yours.
