3 point seat belt retro fit and radio illumination problem

Hello, I'm new to the forum and new to Skoda owning (well it's my wifes Skoda but I'm the forum nerd type!). I have two questions relating to a 53 plate Fabia 1.2 Silverline (64BHP)

1.

The Symphony radio/CD dial illumination doesn't work when the lights are turned on. Radio works OK, just can't see it in the dark. Any ideas? Doesn't seem to be a fuse. Dealer can fix it no problem but if it's really simple I'll do it myself this W/E.

2.

Was wondering whether retro fitting a 3 point belt in the rear middle seat was a possibility? I have 3 kids so I'm not too keen on the lap belt.

I'll split these questions and or move them elsewhere if that's a better place for them.
