Hi, Can anyone tell me the best place to buy a new one? Mine was stolen from a service station on the way to Legoland. If its not screwed down it`s gone :devil: 

The caps fall off very easily. I've had mine pop off at the car wash. Luckily it was still there when I returned to look after it.
