Bye bye Polo R rally car. When will Joe Public be able to buy the Road going version Polo R. With lovely paint job, decals ,plastic wheel arches- like the Skoda Fabia Monte .All show and no go.

At least you can buy a VW Polo with 192ps or maybe even 150ps next year, or a r-Line with 110ps or so.

 

Skoda have had Rally / Motorsport success and a heritage and so far have not announced that they will no longer compete in WRC2 with the Fabia R5.

They will sell a Monte Carlo and just offer it with up to 110ps.

Time really that a 150ps small Skoda was available, Hatch & estate as they have all the parts available within the VW Group.

Skoda motorsport heritage comes from small / light cars in the main not the fat lump taxi sized passenger cars. (with some exceptions obviously.)
